Document Destruction Container
A new value added service is on its way from DataSite. The Destruction and Recycle Box service provides a secure, efficient and cost effective means of disposal for sensitive materials. Many of our customers place shred cabinets or totes in central locations throughout their workplace. The problem is that not all employees take the time to use these secure receptacles. In many cases employees don’t take the time to transport sensitive documents to the appropriate receptacle choosing instead to gather documents in an open cardboard box in their work area for transport later to the shred cabinet or tote. Worst case this information ends up in the nearest waste receptacle, where it is subject to retrieval by unauthorized individuals.
Our Destruction Boxes are intended to fulfill this security gap with an easy to implement, cost effective program. Placing our clearly marked Destruction Boxes throughout the organization will simplify existing procedures and minimize risks.
Once the box is full, simply call DataSite operations and request a service. The full boxes will be picked up and transported to our facility for shredding. A replacement box may be left in its place and of course, a certificate of destruction for your records.
