VaultWare, our computerized off-site data management system, easily integrates inventory tracking, automated scheduling, order processing, report generation, account management, and detailed billing. VaultLink Web™ allows customers to monitor their off-site programs on their own system if they desire.
DataSite Facility
The utmost in security and environmental protection. Secure storage space features controlled access, motion detection, and 24 hour monitoring of both the access control system and the fire detection system. Ideal storage conditions are maintained with respect to temperature and humidity control.
DataSite Delivery
Our trained and bonded couriers drive unmarked, alarmed courier vehicles to ensure that your data is available to you on demand 24 hours per day. Three levels of delivery service are available:
- Scheduled: Delivery time is coordinated with our vault operations staff.
- Rush: Delivery on an ASAP basis with delivery guaranteed within two hour during business hours.
- Emergency: Emergency delivery is available during non-business hours with a guarantee of two hours response.
