For our customers that have locations outside the Puget Sound region, we offer to coordinate services with our nationwide partners group. DataSite becomes your local customer service contact while providing uniform pricing and a single monthly billing statement option. With 31 markets to date and growing we offer our customers the chance to work with a single vendor to manage their organizations critical data. DataSite's customer care department may answer any and all questions regarding your off-site program nationwide.
Distant Site Rotations
DataSite will work with you to automate the movement of critical disaster recovery tape sets to a VaultWare partner in another part of the country. To date, most of our clients use our Chicago partner due to their central location.
Based upon your requirements we drive the rotation process including picking the tapes up at your site and preparing them for next day delivery to the remote site. We track your tapes in our VaultWare system thus providing a consistent view of your inventory via our VaultLink Web™ client module. These services are consolidated on your monthly DataSite invoice.
